Julie Gilles de la Londe

gillesdelalondeJulie completed her residency in Family Medicine in Paris. She has worked as a Family doctor in the suburbs of Paris and as an academic teaching and research fellow at the department of Family Medicine in the University Paris Diderot since 2015. She is a qualitative research trainer for medical students and academic researchers.

She joined the board of the French speaking Academic Association of Qualitative Research in Healthcare (GROUMF) in 2014. Julie teaches communication skills to medical students and Family medicine residents.

Isabelle Auger-Aubin

Isabelle Auger-Aubin, MD, PhD is a family doctor in the north of Paris. Her PhD explored communication skills training for GPs in the colorectal cancer screening. She is the head of the department of Family Medicine in the university Paris Diderot. Her research works are focused on doctor-patient communication and patient centered care. She co-founded the French speaking Academic Association of Qualitative Research in Healthcare (GROUMF) in 2006. She is part of the editorial advisory board of exercer, the French-speaking journal of general practice.

Jean-Sébastien Cadwallader

Jean Sébastien Cadwallader, MD, MSc, General Practitioner in the North of Paris; lecturer for the department of general practice in Pierre et Marie Curie University (UPMC). His PhD is about the role of general practitioners in the management of patients with eating disorders. His fields of research are health inequalities, young GPs professional conditions, qualitative research methodology. He teaches qualitative research for GP curriculum and continuous medical education, narrative medicine, focusing on the medical discourse and health communication . He is also assistant Editor in Chief of exercer, the French-speaking journal of general practice.

Laurence Compagnon

compagnonLaurence Compagnon (MD,PhD) General Practitioner in Vitry sur Seine and University Professor in Paris Est Créteil University. Her fields of research are the GP’s competences and the way to teach them, especially the relational and communicational competences and the patient centered approach. She’s one of the experts in medical education for the National College general practitioners teachers (CNGE).

Pierrik Fostier

pfostierPierrik Fostier is a family physician and general medicine teacher in Toulouse (France). Graduated in pedagogy at the University of Sherbrooke, he worked at the Department of General Medicine at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and is currently working for the Medicine Faculties in Toulouse as an expert in health sciences education . His major areas of expertise are teaching and research in health communication, critical appraisal of medical information and continuing medical education. He is the author of several publications and lectures in these fields.

Jérôme Foucaud

Health Prevention Director for a public social security fund, holding an Education Sciences PhD, researcher affiliated to the laboratory Educations et Pratiques de Santé (LEPS) EA 3412, University SMBH. His fieldwork researches concern the evaluation and modeling of interventions on health prevention, professional practices and health actors skills, needs assessment, validation of health prevention evaluation tools and management of healthcare places. He also teaches in various universities in therapeutic education and human and social sciences masters.

Alain Mercier

Alain Mercier, MD, PhD is a senior GP practicing in the north of Paris. His main research topic is mental health in general practice. His PhD is about communication between GP and psychiatrists. He is the head of the Family Medicine department of the university SMBH, north of Paris. He teaches shared decision making, mental health issues, qualitative research. He co-founded the French speaking Academic Association of Qualitative Research in Healthcare (GROUMF) in 2006. He is part of the editorial advisory board of exercer, the French-speaking journal of general practice.

Olivier Nardi

oliviernardiOlivier Nardi MD, MPH, PhD Cardiologist in Versailles; is a former lecturer for the department of Intensive Care in Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines (UVSQ), and a former lecturer for the department of Cardiology in Paris Descartes University. He holds a PhD at UVSQ, a master of public health at Paris XI and a master of management at Paris Diderot.

His fields of research are health inequalities, chronic diseases (especially Diabetes) education programs and health literacy.
