Auguste Fortin, AACH advisor

Auguste is a Professor of Medicine and Director of Communication Skills Education at Yale School of Medicine. A general internist, he is Director of Psychosocial Curriculum for the Yale Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency Program. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American Academy on Communication in Healthcare (AACH). He is immediate past-president and board member of AACH. Professional interests include doctor-patient communication, the psychosocial aspects of medical care, meaning in medicine, mindfulness and professional burnout prevention.
