When you register for an event through us
When you register for an event via our website, you are required to provide full contact details, as well as special / dietary requirements and other event specific information. When you register to become a member of EACH via our website, you are required to provide full contact details. When you contact us
When you contact us via the EACH website, you may do so by telephone, email or post. EACH therefore collects the personal information you provide (such as your name, email address, organisation), which will be processed and stored only so that it is possible for us to contact and respond to your enquiry.
It is not used for any additional purpose, such as marketing.
Social media plug-in
Our website features one plug-in for easy sharing and following our social media page: Twitter, operated by Twitter International Company, One Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Being on our website does not automatically result in sharing data on these social media networks. These plug-ins remain inactive (idle) until clicked upon. Once clicked upon, you will be taken to the said social media networks with their own specific privacy policies you are recommended to consult.
EACH cares to ensure the security of personal data.
